Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Age and identification
Using this website and ordering from Lucan Weed Delivery require you to be 19 or older. The person accepting the delivery must present valid government photo ID; failure to do so prevents the handoff.
A request is not a completed purchase
Sending a form or cart creates a delivery request only. A purchase is not accepted until the order desk confirms the items, total and delivery arrangements and you approve them.
Supplier information and displayed offers
Supplier availability and prices can change before confirmation. Menu listings, prices and sample deals are not final until the applicable items, discount and adjusted total are confirmed by text for your order.
Timing, minimums and delivery charges
Arrival windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and conditions can alter them. A $40 minimum applies, delivery is free over $80, and any charge on a smaller eligible order is disclosed in the confirmation.
Payment at the door
Confirmed orders are paid COD when the driver arrives. Prepare the approved total and receive the order personally; no online card payment is required.
Responsible use and questions
Store cannabis securely away from children and pets, follow product information and never drive while impaired. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to [email protected].
